Dupattas- Back and Now

Punjabi Suits- Always in trend

Evolution of the Punjabi suits

There was a time when men and ladies, each were accustomed to wearing salwar kameezs as a part of their standard dress. They were worn mainly during the Mughal Empire. However, over the years the salwar kameezs have become popular in India and Pakistan and even today, they are being worn here.

Today, the salwar kameezs are popularly known as Punjabi suits in the Asian continent. These are worn by the Punjabi girls and women with brightly colored duppattas.
